What is live painting?

The service consists of creating quick sketches or drawings, each taking approximately 5 minutes per person, aiming to capture the unique energy and personality of each participant at the event.

The process begins with a rapid ink outline, focusing on the most distinctive features of the person, their posture, and their attire. This is then completed with watercolor brushstrokes to bring each piece to life with vibrant color.

How does live art work during an event?

Guests will approach the stand to be sketched live. Those who prefer not to pose will be photographed, and we’ll paint from the photo so they can pick up their illustration later. Watercolors dry very quickly.

How long does it take to paint each guest?

It takes approximately 5 minutes per person, which is the minimum time needed to capture the silhouette, outfit, and character of each guest.

How are the illustrations delivered?

We use 250–300 gsm watercolor paper. Each sheet is personalized with names and the date, for example. Personalization can be done by hand or with a custom stamp featuring your chosen typography or company logo. Additionally, each illustration is delivered in its own individual envelope.

We want all our wedding guests to have their illustration — what are the options?

A live illustration can be a beautiful gift for your guests. In this case, we offer a “post-wedding” service, where we take photos during the event and complete the paintings in our studio, delivering them a few days later.

Can we have more than one artist?

Multiple artists can attend, but we recommend booking additional hours with the same artist to ensure all illustrations maintain a consistent style and to help reduce the hourly rate.
